Chris Milmoe

Chris began his career in the roofing industry as a seasonal employee while earning his Accounting Degree from the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh. After graduating in 2011, he was brought on as a Project Manager/Estimator and then promoted in 2016 to Vice President. 

 

In Chris’s current position as President of Crafts Inc., he leads with a vision for excellence, driving strategic growth, operational success, and team empowerment. He champions our mission to deliver innovative, high-impact roofing solutions that elevate industry standards and foster enduring client relationships, while nurturing a collaborative, ownership-driven culture.

Outside of work, Chris and his wife Heidi enjoy following their favorite sports teams, catching a good movie or concert, traveling, and chasing around their two energetic girls.
