Will Hayon

William joined the Crafts Inc. team in the summer of 2026 after earning a Bachelor of Science in Building Construction from Virginia Tech. He brings a strong foundation in construction management along with hands-on carpentry experience. In his role, William supports project operations through careful planning, teamwork, and a practical approach to problem-solving, helping Crafts Inc. deliver quality solutions that meet each client’s needs.

Outside of work, William enjoys golfing, playing pickleball, swimming, water skiing, and spending time outdoors.
