The Crafts team successfully executed a complex roof replacement as part of a major school renovation project. The scope included complete removal of the existing coated EPDM roof system, mechanical attachment of a new Dens-Deck cover board, and installation of a high-performance Siplast Paradiene 20/30 modified bitumen roof system. Facing tight seasonal windows limited to school breaks, our team adapted to variable weather conditions by utilizing a combination of torch-down and adhesive applications. Through close coordination with multiple trades, we played a key role in keeping the overall renovation on schedule while maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.
