Maplewood Intermediate & Middle School

In October 2025, our team completed the roofing for the Menasha Joint School District’s new Maplewood facility. As the largest zero-net energy (ZNE) intermediate and middle school in the country, the building relies on a combination of geothermal and roof-mounted PV systems. We were responsible for the roofing infrastructure that supports this all-electric design, helping the district achieve an estimated $190,000 in annual energy savings.
